WS-C3650-48TD-E belongs to the Cisco Catalyst 3650 Series Switches; Due to its enhanced features is best utilized in enterprise class businesses and can be used in multiple branch office networks or campus networks. Cisco Catalyst WS-C3650-48PS-S is the next generation enterprise-level standalone with stackable option switch with IP Base image. WS-C3650-48PS-S has 48 Gigabit Ethernet POE+ ports with 4 fixed 1G SFP uplink ports and provides fully convergence between wired and wireless capacity on a single platform. Cisco StackWise technology creates high scalability and resilient unified system with up to stack 9 switches in order to simplify network management. IP Base feature set enables wireless controller functionality for supporting up to 25 wireless APs and 1000 wireless connections (AP licenses purchase separately).
