100Base-ZX uses Ethernet 100Base-ZX cabling with Max Transfer Distance of 49.7 miles. This is a Fast Ethernet with Optical Wave Length of 1550 nm.


100BASE-FX is a version of Fast Ethernet over optical fiber.
