FAQ:
Q:I want to buy a 0.18m LC/UPC-LC/UPC duplex fiber patch cable, can you offer it?
A:Yes, the shortest length we can offer is 0.2m for standard boot cable and 0.15m for short boot cable.
Q:Can the color of the boots be customized? I need red and blue boots to identify cables. Besides, I need short boots, can this also be satisfied?
A:I think it can. I have customized it as blue, the boot length and boot angle can also be customized.
Q:Do you have some OS2 simplex cables that can be used at temperatures of minus 40 degrees Celsius?
A:Maybe you should go with industrial cable, that can meet your tempreture demand.
Q:Maybe you can provide LC cable with 90-degree angle boot which can be clipped directly onto the cable? if you can, this boot can sell us solely?
A:I have once bought sole 90-degree angle boots, for the one clipped directly onto the cable. Contact your account manager for more details.
Q:I could find only UPC and APC connectors on your website. Do you have any other cable which has PC connector?
A:The PC connector has been replaced by the UPC connector. UPC is an improvement of the PC fiber connector with a better surface finish after an extended polishing and the optical return loss is higher than PC structure.
