Fiber pigtail refers to a half-jumper-like connector used to connect fiber and fiber couplers. Fiber pigtails are short lengths of cable structures with a 900μ diameter semi-tight or tight coating on the fiber, with one end terminated with a fiber connector and the other end free to splice to another fiber. Fiber types are generally Single-Mode 9/125μ, Multi-mode 50/125μ or Multi-mode 62,5/125μ. Standard connector types used in pigtails are SC, LC, LSH, FC or ST.

Available in all connector types, SEESUO Fiber Optic pigtail assemblies are available in 6 and 12 fiber arrays that are color coded, cut to 3m length and factory tested with test data sheets included.
They can be terminated using our adapter plates with appropriate adapters and installed in our splice trays for out-of-the box usability.
Each color-coded pigtail is factory terminated and tested through the adapter to ensure the performance of the entire system, not just the connector. Pigtails are three meters long for ease in splicing.
