SEESUO 288-576 cores cabinets are suitable for optical transmission network and the optical access network, to realize the connection and dispatch of the trunk optical cable and distribution optical fiber. The cabinet is with excellent performance, safe and reliable, flexible scheduling, and is suitable for various optical communication networks, especially FTTH networks. These optical cross connecting cabinets are optional for wall, pole and ground mounted.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
  • The equipment consists of box body, base, fusion unit rack, fusion-integrated module, cable fixed grounding protection device, winding unit assembly and a cable trough assembly. The complete structural design enables the cable to be fixed and grounded.
  • The connection, dispatch, distribution, inspection of optic fiber cable is convenient and reliable.
  • The cabinet is cold-rolled steel or SMC material, beautiful appearance. It can be moisture-proof, waterproof, dustproof, salt spray proof, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and the protection level is IP65.

Cabinet Configuration Information

288 cores: dimension(H*W*D):1450 * 750 * 320mm. It can install 24pcs optical splicing unit. Per optic splicing unit can be with 12pcs SC/FC adapters and pigtails. (The splicing unit can be configured according to customer’s requirements).
576 cores: dimension(H*W*D):1450 * 750 * 540mm. Per optic splicing unit can be with 12pcs SC/FC adapters and pigtails. (The splicing unit can be configured according to customer’s requirements).

Optical Fiber Splicing Unit

Function: It is used for distributing cables in the terminal and distribution user area of trunk optical cable (connecting optical cable).
Type: A:12 cores splicing storage tray(SC/LC with adapter and pigtails)
B:12 cores splicing distribution tray(SC/FC with adapter and pigtails)

Splitter Unit (Optional)
For the installation of ABS type optical splitter, plug-in type optical splitter.
The splitter unit can be configured according to customer requirements if needed.

Transportation: 
The cabinet can adapt to all kinds of transport vehicles. In the process of transportation, the temperature should be -30 ℃ ~ +55 ℃, relative humidity is < 90%. It should be with an awning when temperature is > 30℃.
Product can’t be rained, soaked, sun exposure. Loading, unloading shall be carried out in accordance with the transportation operation marks brushed on the packaging. It shall not be placed upside down, sideways or turned over.

Storage: 
Cabinet should not be piled up over the overweight goods, indoor temperature should be -5 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃, relative humidity is < 75%. Storage environment should be ventilated and dry, no acid, base or sulfur compounds and other toxic gases. Storage in open air is not allowed.

Warning: 
Pls note that this cabinet is not suitable for installation in the coastal, saline-alkali areas or environments with strong acids and alkalis, where may cause the metal corrosion easily. If the cabinet is corroded or damaged by the users due to use in such an environment, it is not covered by our warranty.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION

According to the packaging specification, the cabinet will be packed with pearl cotton and coat with plastic waterproof film or wooden package, to protect it from moisture and shock.
