10G CWDM SFP+ Transceivers
10G SFP+ optical transceiver modules are designed for 10G Ethernet, 10G Fibre Channel, SDH STM-64 and OTN OTU2e links reach up to 220m-80km over dual fibres. Distances of up to 100km over Ethernet via Duplex LC connector (Single Fibre connector for Bi-directional transceivers) are supported. Typesinclude SR, LR, LRM, ER, ZR, CWDM, DWDM and BiDi.
WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) transceiver modules include CWDM (Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing) and DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) modules. CWDM transceivers enable connectivity between existing network equipment and CWDM Multiplexers/DeMultiplexers (Mux/DeMux). When used with CWDM Mux/DeMux, CWDM transceivers can increase network capacity by transmitting multiple data channels with separate optical wavelengths (1270 nm to 1610 nm) over the same single fibre. This increases network bandwidth and provides a cost-effective solution in long distance applications.
