This cable merges a 100x Gigabit Ethernet QSFP28 connector to 4x 25x Gigabit Ethernet SFP28 connectors. Several cable lengths are available, up to 3m. This transceiver module is compliant with the Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable (QSFP28) and the Small Form-factor Pluggable (SFP+) Multisource Agreement (MSA) and hot pluggable.

Our 100GBase QSFP28 to 4x25G SFP28 passive direct attach breakout cable operates over passive copper with lengths of between 1-5m. Our 100G 100G DAC breakout cable connects one 100G port to up to four 25G Ethernet ports i.e.: 1 x QSFP28 (100G) one end and 4 x SFP28 (4x25G) on the other end.

It is suitable for very short distances and provides a cost-efficient way to connect hardware within close proximity racks.
